Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders
Orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days, providing time for your products to be properly packed. As an estimate, allow an additional 3-5 business days for normal shipping time to your destination within the USA. Please select your most convenient shipping provider at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and listed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
Important Details to Note
- Due to the large volume of orders during the holiday seasons, please allow up to 10 days for processing and updated tracking.
- We are not responsible if your package is not delivered within the estimated shipping times and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If your item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS) or UPS. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS) or UPS in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages where tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to your order address.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or delays incurred due to incorrect/unconfirmed addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Please note that all shipping services are non-refundable.
International Orders
We ship to most countries worldwide*!
The cost of your shipment will be calculated at checkout. Products will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days, but delivery times will vary based on your shipping method selected.
*At the moment, orders containing our perfumes can only be shipped within the United States. We are currently working to offer our entire catalog to our international customers. If your shipping address is outside of the U.S. and your order contains a perfume product, we will remove the item from the order and refund the perfume product cost and ship out the remaining items.
Important Details to Note
- International customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery.
- Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
