Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the boutique nature of our brand and transport restrictions on our fragrances, all sales are final. We will gladly replace any incorrect items immediately. Please send a detailed email to orders@sholayide.com within five (5) days of delivery. No replacements will be granted following the five days after delivery.
