All of our fragrances are artfully composed by master perfumers in the lustrous southern valleys of Grasse, the perfume capital of France. Our artisanal perfumes and home aromas are hand-blended and individually poured in our US based studio.
Our stunningly beautiful, heavenly scented and masterfully crafted ingredients are sourced with the highest quality in clean beauty standards. Taking care of your health, mind, body & spirit is of the utmost importance to us. We are a vegan, cruelty free, eco-luxe brand. We thrive on using the best ingredients while respecting the highest safety & quality standards as defined by IFRA to create our heavenly scented fragrances.
Our luxe candles are hand poured from sustainable vegan waxes. Fragrance throw, clean burning and maximum burn time are priority when creating our candles.
Our home aromas (crystal potpourri & reed diffusers) are made with an eco-friendly, non-toxic solvent blended with our premium fragrances.

What sizes do your robes come in?
Currently we make two general sizes:
S/M - which should generally fit sizes 2 to 6 and L/XL - which should generally fit sizes 8 -12. By nature, kimonos are sized generously, and we are in the process of developing extended sizes.
What is the fit for your sweats/hoodies?
Our loungewear, including sweats & hoodies, are to be worn with an oversized, relaxed fit for true comfort. Sizes are cut with a gender neutral fit, so if you seek a close fit, please order one size down.
What size should I take for the cloud 9 slippers?
The Cloud 9 slippers are cut in two general sizes: S/M - which should generally fit up to size 7 and L/XL which should generally fit size 8-12.
We want you to try our divine fragrances. We want you to get the full uplifting experience of SHOLAYIDÉ (especially on-the-go), with our Uplifted Discovery set. With this set, you will be introduced to our 3 signature fragrances in 5ml rollerball glass vials.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. When you’re finished shopping, click "checkout". Provide your contact and shipping information, and select your payment method. We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. Once your payment has been processed, we will ship your package within 3 to 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is en route, the destination of the parcel cannot be altered.
Shipping destinations:
We ship both domestically and worldwide*.
*At the moment, orders containing our perfumes can only be shipped within the United States. We are currently working to offer our entire catalog to our international customers. If your shipping address is outside of the US and your order contains a perfume product, we will remove the item from the order and refund the product cost and ship out the remaining items.
Shipping times:
Domestic orders ship within 3-5 business days and generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered , depending on the carrier and method of shipping.
International orders ship within 3-5 business days and can generally take up to 15 business days to be delivered, depending on the carrier and method of shipping.
Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Shipping costs:
Costs will be determined at checkout once shipping details have been entered. International customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency before delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
We cannot be held accountable, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen packages where tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to your order address.

Returns/Refunds
Due to the boutique nature of our brand and transport restrictions on our products, all sales are final. We will gladly replace any incorrect items immediately. Please send a detailed email to orders@sholayide.com within five (5) days of delivery. No replacements will be granted following the five days after delivery. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please take a moment to look at the product detail pages for full product descriptions, size guides, materials and ingredient listings.
